Those aren't fakes as far as i know, you should check out tutorials on https://obsproject.com/ it's freeware live streaming software which supports Youtube.

I'm curious too, anyone can shed a light on this?
I saw a lot of fake live video. Most of them are literally showing replay or pre-recorded video and loop it.
