well, would that some questions are straight foreword.

According to Whiteboard Friday ( moz), " One Keyword Per page is not relevant Now"

According to seointelligenceagency, it still works. ( We tested on 100's of sites, and it works)

For best results, we should use

- Optimize The main keyword
- & target 4 other Related kw's
- we can use few long tail keywords as tag

In our of your test site- we add... 15 long tail keywords as tags.. and Most of them are on in top 5
