Panel itself does not deliver any service, you have to connect it with other panels and resell from them. My panel makes the reselling part automated and very simple

Well, I tried to help you and also gave you free days/months.
You shouldn't blame me just because you couldn't connect your subdomain to our panel.
I even tried to help you with that, created new panel to new server extra for you.

As for the support, you can see other clients of mine that seems to be happy with my service/support.
Sorry that it wasn't good enough for you.
