if you have a lot of time you can follow on some days more than 1k
with the time the FB ratio will increase

- Do you use any bot or following manually?
- Did you have your accounts locked or suspended?
- How do you follow almost everyone back (not a bots of course)?

twitter mass follow for FB + follow
locked: if your account is older than 6 month you will get locks, but you can unlock the acc
unlock and continue following until the limit.
if you start @ 1pm to follow 1k you can continue with following for sure the next day @1,01pm .
In the most cases you have to wait ~ 23,5h after you reached the 1k follow limit
