need some help setting up new fb profile/fb ad account

Are you trying add same Debit/credit card? or from same bank?can anyone help me?
i have tried but everytime i create a new account and ad the visa card to the account it gets disabled.
may be Facebook accept higher limit cards , so kindly check with your bank about limit of card. Don't add same card again with new account because FB may think someone else trying to add a stolen card.
