Depends totally on what you are selling, how you are selling it and luck. Reviews do play an important role in deciding the ranking though, good luck

It's hard to determine that. Based on my own experience in buying and selling Fiverr reviews, there is no guarantee that any amount invested will bring you to the top and give you enough sales naturally that will give you a good return on your investment.

As someone said above, it is dependable upon category and niche of your gig. Check out top sellers in the category and you will see people having up to 15,000 reviews and counting. Investing $200 will give you... 30-40 reviews, depending on whether you will exchange or buy.

if you feel more positive reviews will help you get an edge over your competitors, sure. otherwise probably not. its up to you to make that decision.
