Update:

Hi Guys, sorry for the bad communication. This is just quick update so clients don’t get worried. I had to do an emergency redesign on our largest client's website. Everything is has been finalized so I will be back to customer support. We have been completing orders during this but haven’t been able to reply to messages.

All but 3 orders have been completed but I have at least 15 completed that will be sent out tomorrow. It goes without saying that I will be adding extra links to make up for the delay and bad communication. Please PM me or email us at [email protected] for a status update.

We have just finished updating our list of Web 2.0s. We have spent the last few weeks finding unknown platforms and have added a lot of fortune 500 companies and other well known brands. This is what was causing most of the bad communication but we now have the very best list online.

The vast majority of profiles will now contain an image and description. As mentioned earlier we now have 3 employees fulfilling orders full time. I will also be spending 1 hour a day doing customer service. I was the primary researcher of the new links which is why it took so long.

TAT is still a week but we are going to try to get it down to 3 days.

Every order is complete(except the 6 in today and some dripfeed) and I am resending them out now. I have rebuilt the link report from scratch. I think the old form was causing our emails to go to spam. I’ve tested sending out emails on yahoo/google and they seem to be getting through now. Thank you very much to everyone who was patient with us.

Finally, the coupon code is 25off and we are giving out 10 link review copies. I will be contacting everyone who requested one on here. The first ones will be going out today.
