How do I prevent myself from refollowing my followers?

I am doing unfollow and follow method. Once I do mass unfollow. How do I prevent myself from following the same people? I can see that my audience likes all the similar niches and other acoutns, so the probability of me following them again is high.

I don't want them to be like: "Hey you didn't this guy follow me before, if he is following me again, that means he unfollowed me, so I am going to unfollow him"

iwould suggest to use softwares to grow your account, but indeed your account can get banned.
