I think OBS and Itunes should run just fine on a Windows VPS KVM 4 at least.

You can go ahead and test that out.

To be honest i have no idea if the audio will continue streaming or not.

And you can just pick that you will provide your own domain and just type some random domain name ( it does not have to be registered or a valid domain name ) and just continue with the checkout.
