Monetizing a 7 Million Pageviews per month website

Hey there this is my first post in BHW , i hope i'm not violating the policy by posting this ..

I'm running a Arabic news media/magazine website (arabic content ) and I'm getting between 70K-120K Daily visitors
i have a minimum of 5 million pageviews per month and a maximum of 10million ..
i'm using adsense but i'm getting like 800$-1000$ which i think is too low for these stats :c
PS: the traffic source is mainly Organic Reach from facebook Pages, and some google search results ..
My question here is : do you have in your minds BHW experts any idea how to monetize this better ?
maybe use another company aside with google adsense or something ?

I have some ad ideas you can run as a popup on your site. Could do very well
 
You need to run cpm based ads. Yoi can check few industry leaders like tribal fusion for running ads. Pop up or pop under ads on a news media site is suicide as you will drive away visitors. Mobile being a major share in news website visitors cpm ads would worl better.

For your niche (news/media), I recommend you native ads. You should try Adnow.com. It's a native ads network that works on CPC/CPM basis on pre-payment and post-payment. It has high rates and nice ads. Contact me for more info! :)

I suggest to add to your site some content ads from Mgid or popunder from AdMaven. Or both.
 
LOL I'm making 300$/month with Adsense from 1.8k visitors/day, I guess arabic traffic pays too low.
 
If you have high % of mobile traffic, I'd suggest mobile interstitial as well. I've heard that pubs can be penalized by Google for this ads, but to be honest, haven't heard anything of anyone so far. But I know that on FB traffic pops and interstitials work really well with sweepstakes and subscriptions (which are used by lots of pop-under networks).
Anyway, worth trying.

The only way I can see for you is to run Native Ads along with adsense ads. if you need some advices on networks that pays well you can PM me.

Pop ads will destroy your audience, additional ads similar to adsense will destroy your adsense earnings. Native ads are kinda different and look like a part of the content so this will let you earn more with the same website.
 
What are the ads selling that Adsense is putting on your site? When you check be sure to open a new window in incognito mode so your not looking at ads based on your personal search preferences. You just want to see the generic type of products they are advertising for. Make a list of products and see if you can sell it to them yourself off of your own banner adds for mobile.

Does Native ads format work well with all types of ads in this case? For instance.. will it work with mobile subscription offers?
 
Go for native ads, it's a good way to increase your profit. There are lots of different networks, but I prefer MGID. Good CPM rates, cohesive ads and fine support + you will have no troubles working both with Adsense and MGID.
