HI,

I am selling tee shirts on amazon.
My web page, links to the amazon shirts that I am selling.
I also as an Amazon Affiliate.
I use my affiliate link on my web page, linking to products that I sell on Amazon. So if someone from my web page clicks to order a shirt off amazon, I get the click commission and the shirt sale...

I did some looking, but could not find a good answer, is that against the TOS for the amazon affiliate program?

-Thank you

As far as I know affiliates are not suppose to by from their own link. It's against the TOS. I think it's same for Sellers too. Since it goes for Amazons cut. You can always ask in their support chat.

Thanks for the response!

I am buying from my own link... rather when a costumer come to my site to buy a tshirt, they click on the "Buy on Amazon" link on my site to bring the to Amazon, they get the cookie in the process, then they buy the shirt. So I make the 6% referral, + the shirt sale less amazons %15 fee.

I think its Ok, as I am still referring business on to Amazon.. but just dont know..

Why dont you just ask them ? Don't loose your account just because you think you are safe. What matters is what they think about it.

It is against Amazon's policy as an affliate.

You are not supposed to click on your own link (basics of any affliate business).

Yes it's all OK if amzn can't find out what you are doing.

But if they find out it will be a problem.
