IMO, he would get WAAAAAY more if he monetizes it first. I kinda just quickly glanced, but it doesn't look like its producing alot of monthly revenue. If he just monetized it and then sold it after its already making a monthly income he could easily double if not triple the offer. Again, if thats your domain i wouldn't put it on the forums
