disabled account IG

first time getting my one of my IG account disabled, had 5700 followers, was doing pretty good, didnt change anything but suddenly got the phone verification page and then entered a random number and suddenly, I got the account disabled.

I submmited the form to request a review, any ideas what the success rate of getting back your account is from instagram or is it a lost cause?

The power is in their hands now, you should of given a real number. If the profile looks spammy e.g. mostly attempts at getting users to click to a different website then I doubt you will get it back

No i use disposable number from one of those free phone number apps, my real number has already been used on a few of my other accounts,
so i do not have the old number for this account, I used a new one. And yes, I have verified it before ...

No my IG account is not that spammy, there is no website link in bio, just posting 1 image per day

it was a Canada phone #, but maybe because I am using a USA proxy ... but then my other accounts are fine and there is none that is banned so I dunno why this one was singled out

DO NOT USE phone numbers that are available free to others. high chance that the number you used, has been used 1000's time from spammers and that is the reason you got an immediate disable message from their (stupid) system.. coz they must give a second chance or notify you that this number cannot be used at first place before the hammer of permanent ban.

I can say no more than 3 or 4.. after that number .. IT will either say you cannot use that number... or IT will ban the account for violations.
