How to quickly get penalized by Google ?

Hi there,

Let's say I want one of my website to get penalized by Google ? What is the quickest way to achieve this ?

I tried to GSA blast many pages but it does not work. I have access to the website (it's a wordpress) and I wonder what I could do on-page to get some pages de-indexed quick ? (without removing the page)

Not sure if sabotage or w/e. And I hate seeing Neg SEO promoted as all parties involved lose.. So just add a noindex tag to each page, then ping it. They'll slowly remove themselves over time.
