I have a 4 year old account with 25k followers how many people should i follow/unfollower per day?

my advice is start low and increase each day. So you won't get banned quickly. You can start with 350 followings per day and increase it with 30 a day until 800/900

I make 1000 followings ~40 sec delay. ~12 hours total.
4-6 hours break
Then 1300 unfollowings with ~12 sec delay
