Facebook Ads and fake rewards

If I promote a fake content locker with free iphone or idk, am I being in any risk?
No one can tell if im giving it or no, who win or when its over.

Well I'm using something different than a normal content locker, by my calcs its gonna be worth it,

facebook ads admins will see a different page than what it really is (fake giveaway which likely breaks their ToS)
there are some guys on bhw selling cloakers. price around $200-500/month. even then there's no guarantees. big fb guys buying bulk fb ads accounts, which also on marketplace, $500 each. not a game for small fish imo. but if you can make it work the revenue should cover all your expenses and then some.
