facebook keeps disabling my accounts

hello all my accounts disabled from facebook when i try to share a photo or join groups all facebook managed by dedicated proxies from Blazing SEO , i want to start again to grew some fan pages but i dont know how to avoid this

Interact with their posts by liking and commenting
Engage coversations.
Do this for at least 7 days
DO NOT TRY TO JOIN GROUPS THE FIRST MONTH
If you respect this your accounts won't get flagged
Then you'll be good to start new accounts

Damn, I've already joined some groups (five, to be specific)
I was thinking exactly about that - adding people, liking pages and joining groups.
Am I in risk for joining those groups?

If they reject your join request and report your accounts they might get flagged

Well, every group I've joined accepted me. But I do understand Facebook might be considering liking too many pages, joining groups etc as spam.

It is because Facebook sees your account as a spam account. Anything you want to do, do not do it too fast. Always allow some time in between.
