I haven't used FL the last 2 years, is there any news I should know about? Or is it working at the same way it did before, settings, is it still safe to use and stuff like that?

Would be greatful if someone would answer, i dont wanna make some stupid mistake!

Stay under 60 followings/likings per hour. You may up it later on, but stay below those numbers for a few weeks or months until your account is warmed up. Warmed up does not mean "My account is X years old". Instagram's algorithm doesn't give a sh*t how old your account is.

How to implement a limit with FL on the follow/likes per hour? I know you can adjust your daily settings and the "delay follow" timer, but still is there any direct control on this (hour per hour follows instead of daily)?

Maybe not so simple ..

Typical tasks include 1. following 2. unfollowing and 3.liking and most users actually shuffle them, including me to look less of a bot behavior. It will be very time inefficient to set 60+ seconds of delay to follow/ unfollow/like for any of those 3 task types performed, especially if someone targets to do 1.5k+ of such tasks per day, AND let the automation stop for some time too.

To make it more clear, IF lets say there is "safe limit" of 60 or less follows + 60 or less unfollows + 60 or less likes per hour (180 tasks actions per hour), then automation ideally will alternate between the 3 tasks, with just a delay of 20 seconds each. That is 3X more time efficient than putting the timer to 60+ seconds plus for each task.

Therefore, for me it will make sense if there is a limit on the specific actions performed per hour integrated in FL, which apparently is not?
