Gaming Niche Question

I started a gaming gear niche website that sells products at a reasonable price. (Can I link my own site here as long as I'm not advertising it? I don't know. I won't for now until I know for sure it's okay.)
Anyway, I don't normally do stores but figured I would take a shot at it. Now, it's mostly done and I need to drive traffic to it.
Any thoughts on driving related traffic to it without paying for it. I want to make my first sale on free traffic, it's a goal I have with first starting out.
Ways I know of so far:

1. Forum posting - Mostly dead right? I am not a member of many gaming forums, though I have a steam account and am deeply vested into the gamer market, just not the community too much.
2. Giveaways - This is getting me the most emails, but no sales. (Probably because it's people that want just free stuff haha)
3. Youtube? - I want to have advertising videos but have NO CLUE on how to do it.
4. Reddit - Lots of Traffic to be had but have to be careful and follow the rules. Any tricks of the trade here?

Good advice. I've done this in the past but not with much luck because they usually have to approve every post. I know try and show an interest and "flirt" with the community in a way haha but even after then it's still tough. Any tricks you use?

Side Note: If anyone is willing to help me make this site profitable, I have no problem sharing the profits or any other services I could offer! BHW has given me a lot and it's time to give back as I progress in my journey. Thanks.
