i wanna creat a movies website and i would like to know step to do it and how can monetize it? also ca i use google adsence in this buisnes?

do i need some knowledge in data and etc
how can i buy domain and host anonym
is there any course online showing how can i do that like decoding the website to read player and stuff like these
how can i choose the right tags
....

From your word, i know you want build ilegal streaming movie right ?
1. Your adsense account will banned if you put in there.. so think twice using adsense, other option is rent your own space.
2. For domain, buy with bitcoin if they accept it and hosting search offshore hosting ignore DMCA
3. I'm not sure what you mean about decoding player, but if you want parse direct url like from google drive, take a look youtube-dl combine with IPv6
4. About tags, i don't know what you mean about tags.
