How do you separate and enter Google Search Console accounts?

So say you have 10 websites and you want to include webmaster's tool to each one. You'd need a different ip to log in, and you'd want to log in from the same ip but you don't want to use a VPN software because it's used by thousands, and you don't want to use a "100% anonymous proxy" because they drop like flies.

Is there any online service for a virtual server that I can remotely log into that has different OS and the same ip all the time that is up 24/7? what do you use to separate webmaster's tool accounts?

Personally, I've had no problem using multiple Google accounts, though it's only 4 or 5 max. Your IP address may change if you switch your router on and off.

3 years ago i had ~8 websites that got manually hit because they were using the same account. I'm not going in that route again.

I use different email but same ip. I have not much information that google track ip or not for search console use.

I use multiple google accounts at the same time without any issues. Sometimes google freaks and asks me to re-login on all my accounts but it's no big deal. I find using chrome is the easiest way to manage mulitiple accounts.

I also use multiple accounts almost without problems. Very very rarely Google can temporarily ban one of them for suspicious activity, but after SMS or call everything returns to normal.
