File hosting is a risky business ever since Megaupload went down, I had a look at your website, your not even DMCA protected so if any copyright complaints come to you, you as the owner of that business will be liable. I would recommend you have a copyright page, terms & conditions page etc, then get approved by DMCA. Also I have just noticed that your server is based in United states? That's the worst place to host a file hosting site and content. If you want to stay around for a long time then I would the following not only to protect yourself but also your business.
