cex.io are they good ?

I am in a quest to start my cryptocurreny trading, but unfortunately I live in a country where most of the famous exchanges (Coinbase, Kranken) does not seem to be working. I have an international Visa that I can use to deposit funds.

I found Cex.io to be quite user friendly and I think it will let me deposit. So I wanted to know have any one of you ever used it ? Is it safe ? how is is the reputation ? I wanted to buy ETH.

i have used them. From my experience it is safe and i have had no issues

cex.io is fine. I've used them in the past I'm also from a country where big exchanges don't support. The only downside is when you're using them for the first time, their verification process takes few days.

The prices looks very high, I mean it is displaying one EThereum for $323.91 while on kraken on coinbase it is at $292.
