Please why isn't the domain and hosting activation instant upon confirmation of payment? My payment has been confirmed since yesterday and both hosting and domain purchase are still pending activation.

Also I haven't received a response to my ticket I opened on the site.

You have to fix this man, or reword your ad to say activation takes 1-3 days...and support is 1 day in 7...not 24/7.

We have delivered your hosting and domain. Yes, we are fixing it. It should work in 1 or 2 days. I highly, highly apologize for this amateurism. Our technician is having difficulties setting it up automatically but it should be ready either today or tomorrow. I will updat this thread once it is finally working!

We have finally fixed automatic delivery of our shared hosting. Thank you all for your patience.
 
OP I have been trying to get in contact with you for over a week now. Can you reply to my PM please it's about this sales thread.

It will remain shut until the issue is resolved.
 
Issue has been resolved. Hosting activates automatically now. Sorry for the pain in the ass, guys.
 
Updated Review: Took like 5 or 6 days for this guy to activate. Super slow response. TBH, When it finally did get setup I ended up going else where, so I never even used it. I never bothered trying get refund wasn't even worth my time for 6 dollars. On top of it all, not that I really care, He charged me for the days it took to be activated lol. I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you pick another hosting company. Look elsewhere unless a nuclear bomb goes off and there the only host left on the planet. You get what you pay for and eventually just end up causing yourself more work.

We are sorry you feel this way. Now both our hosting and domains are registered automatically, so need to wait anymore. To compensate for wasting your time, I am willing to give you another hosting account, free of charge.
