No Try not to use VCC or paypal , CC and debit cards are all time favourite of facebook but prepaid accounts are also showing good response from past couple of months !

There's no method of getting unlimited amount of CC's , You can use prepaid accounts they are doing good , What's your campaign is it blackhat or whitehat ?

There isn't any problem about my method, it was all good till this MAY, now they just do not let me to create ad account's using VCC's, they detect unusual activity always.

Go to your bank, setup a business account, then you can request unlimited employee credit cards which you can set your own address etc.

Depending on your country there are online solutions for virtual cards that ARE accepted by Facebook

Success rate varies, there are many variables.

1)Your account strength
2)Cloaker quality
3)How you manage the account
4)type of payment method you use
5)Quality of your safe page and money page

1) My account has been created on 2010 , however it wasn't used since 2011, but for the last week my gf has been playing games on it and spent a £5 already on it.
2) Facecloaker? ( Is that good quality, any feedback, also which one would you suggest?)

Totally depends on the ad account and how much aggresive your ad is !
