Hey Guys

so paypal limit my account ask me to provide proof of address id ..etc
i send all the things they need then they ask me to not use proxy or public computer
i go ahead and bought a Dedicated IP from 24VC i check my IP on whoer.net and it seems everything clear the ip not blacklisted even on h@ckforums so i thought everything clear and i go ahead and change my password and questions as they asked waited 4 days and no reply came back from them

so the question is does they know i used vpn (bare in mind i used VMware with the fresh ip)
how to be able to convince them this is my real IP what should i do to fix this kindly help me out

thanks in advanced sorry if i post on the wrong forum also if someone able to help me i will pay for his help if it work.

PayPal takes several weeks to confirm documents. No, they won't know if you use a VPN and they won't look into your IP when crosschecking your Address EDIT: they MIGHT so better to be safe rather than sorry.

they already send me a message saying they receive acceptable documents however the only problem left is i might be using public computer or a proxy

so you think they might take more than 4 days to check on my New IP

I use 2 different PayPal account from same computer with same VPN provider but with two different servers, no issue so far, both are only verified with CC no VBA but never had a single issue from last 5/6 yrs.

Never put that much account in a new PP account, always do some small transaction in your new account & let it be old.
As you already submitted your documents, you have nothing to do but wait for PP reply.

How do you know that, you worked for their antifraud section?

Its not that hard to detect VPN/Proxy and im pretty sure that Paypal is doing some kind of test.

No I use VPNs all the time when confirming documents from another location that's all.

Why would you put tht much money if it's not your main and verified with your legit docs?
because i wanted to receive my work funds and i had no way other than paypal and it has to be US paypal so i can send to payoneer and withdraw

the only way i can receive it either wire transfer to US bank account which i don't have and payoneer doesn't support wire transfer or paypal so i had to take the risk :/

In that case you should've invested in a professionaly made US PayPal account (stealth account) from a variety of sellers here on this forum and others. They come with instructions to ensure your account is not frozen; one of them is to not put £1,500 into a brand new account.

Your options right now are to purchase the documents from someone called SecondEye Solutions on this forum and try to reclaim the £1,500 but you could be throwing more money away.
I would suggest waiting 6 months until you can withdraw to a bank account.

Okay I misunderstood. Try logging in through the PayPal mobile app that usually allows you to log in; but won't fix the problem for the browser version.
