I have already sent a photo of my passport to paypal and they said there was a problem. But they have not gotten back to me yet. I took the photo with my mobile and the picture was very clear. Because I lied about my age on paypal, I had to edit the date of birth. The editing is really good so I don't think that was the issue. Maybe it was because I took it on my phone?

How do you normally send a picture of the passport to paypal?

You had a business account, right? They don’t ask you for your age if you’re using a personal account.
