You could sell a service to people who want to grow their YT accounts and videos. I see a ton of meme channels on there, just contact them and ask them if they would like you to share their video on your page. Go to the page and comment on posts or other peoples comments asking if they want more info and that should generate some leads. You could sell the shoutouts yourself or set up a gig on a site like fiverr

I would create a simple wordpress site and post your memes there, surround them with adsene, revcontent, content.ad ads or other native ads. Do you know what your groups demographics are? age/sex/geo? feel free to pm me i can take a look and see what you can promote there.
