PBN Domain - recreate

Hi all,

just wanted to know whether it is possible to recreate a domain (for a PBN) to make it more niche specific and still having a boost to rank. Because in my niche it's almost impossible to get clean PBN's with no spammy backlinks.

So I'm thinking to recreate an expired site to my niche.
For example:

Dog Niche (Strong Dog Niche Backlinks) -> Recreating to a bikes niche, to boost a bikes niche money site

Is there still a boost for the money site?
I know it will raise a red flag but just to make my question clear

Build out the site from an archive and insert your anchors naturally in the existing content with a few lines related to it.

It will look strange and spammy. Try something like "How To Teach Your Dog Walking Besides Your Bike" or something. Mix the two niches in a nice and logical way and create your article with your link in it.

How can you "recreate" a site to have a different niche? That's not possible.

From the webarchive you can create similar pages to the original site, you can also add some specific categories/pages for your purpose, add a link to this new page in a menu that includes in all site pages!
