how to create my own hashtags???

Hi guys
i am having trouble creating my own hashtag on instagram
im trying to use emojis to make my own special hashtag but somewhat i cant create one.
i use # first and insert emojis and press done but it doesnt appear as "blue color" to click it.

i can see other people has created hashtags with alot of emojis but i cant create one.
can someone please help here? im using iphone

I'm not sure what can be the issue. This article says that you don't have to do anything else than typing "#" and then clicking on the emoji, no spaces between the "#" and the emoji: https://www.lifewire.com/use-emoji-hashtags-on-instagram-3485869

I have no idea what is the issue here as well.
i have tried exact same procedure as that video but it doesnt appear as "blue" font.
i couldnt even click it.
it is stressing so much
