hi, im new to local seo and want to build websites for surgery and rent them out to local surgeons, any advice or information to get on track and help me learn would be greatly appreciated

Get yourself listed on maps like google maps and wikimapia. Get the presence of your brand socially and promote in local groups and local hashtags. Target local classified and create pages with enough content for all the targeting local keywords location wise. A perfect on-page will play a great role no doubt.

ok first and foremost that niche is super competitive. get the hell out of that area lol

i dont think u have what it takes. imo sign up for pay per call network find a sexy offer and rank a kw. send traffic to offer and bank on that. or do paid advertising

then later u can contact a big boy company showing the calls u have generated as proof and do a deal with them

Hey, you can rank a site like that in 30 days. The most important you have to ask yourself is, am I able to sell?

Social marketing and offline marketing. Doctors will have to be approached personally to get the message across, if local is your area.

Buddy how can i rank those sites in 30 days, you mean very low comp keywords??? If i can rank a site in 30 days i can do wonders

I prefer the local lead generation model (e.g. selling phone calls). For me, it is an easier sell. Clients can relate more to paying for each referral than paying to rent a website. After ranking, you can also back it up with call data.

Also, the surgery niche is too competitive for a beginner. A niche like home services would be better.

Ok let's say I have a good list of numbers and names lined up, how should I go about selling them to get the best offer

Search up Diggity marketing and Alex Becker's blogs they're going to help out a lot.

I second...run from the surgeon niche..... AB has flooded that niche for years and any half decent surgeon is booked months in advance....it is his example not his recommendation. Also I wouldnt recommend or follow anything from AB; not going to rant

I have dealt with niches and domain sales from the service side of the industry and while there are tens of thousands of niches why must everyone focus on dentist, surgeon, chiropractor and home improvement.... also go after a sub-section of the niche

example>plumbing
go after> hot water heater repair, solar water heater, leak repair, clogged drain repair

YouTube, Blogs, Read, Read, Read and then when you're done reading read some more. Then run some test sites and put your theory to test. I would recommend you first make sure you can rent them before wasting any time ranking a website is useless if you don't have buyers.
