Instagram story link (swipe up)

One of my accounts just randomly let me start putting the swipe up links in my stories.

Anyone know why it just appeared?
Also how can I get it on another account of mine?

I believe instagram is randomly rolling this to all accounts at the moment, just wait and it should appear on your other accounts soon

If you have over 10k followers you should be able to do this already.
I have experienced and one account went from 9k to over 10k and got the link thing.
