Hey guys, for those of you using US gaypal, is there a limit of the number of VCCs (secure cards, whatever it is called) you can generate per day or per month?

Make sure you get an account that's over 30 day's old, and has a valid SSN attached. As those are the 2 Main requirements to use Secure Cards.

problem with them is they hardly work anywhere lol, when i use to try and use them anywhere they declined..

They normally get declined at places that put a hold on a certain amount of money to make sure it is available. Gas stations/monthly billed places do this alot.
