Is one GOOD link to a PBN worth it?

I've been expanding my PBN, and I keep coming across expired domains with one REALLY high TF link(like 60's) and no other links at all. This makes the ahrefs DR ~45. Is it worth making this into a PBN? Or should I keep looking for domains with higher RD.

I'd look for more. Just imagine that this link gets deleted and your pbn site will be worthless. In addition, I believe that you should look for domains that are stronger because one link won't make it.

You cant rely upon a single link and high TF does not always mean more power in the eyes of Google.
