I have been searched for bitcoin rate in google.
3 first websites give diffrent rate for 1btc. how do they calculate ?

Each exchange has their own rate if I'm not mistaken??

Yes. But Exact price can be checked on blockchain.info as they are not exchangers.
The price on blockchain.info is an average across the main exchanges same as coinmarketcap etc. As @davids355 says above each exchange will have a slightly different price.

Ok . so let's say that I am buying BTC in localbitcoins.com, BTC price there is different than blockchain.info
How should I calculate it?

But Op its not a good time to buy btc you better invest in ethereum or other currency.

Whats to calculate? If you buy from localbitcoins.com you pay the price there. You buy from coinbase you pay their price. You sell on Kraken you get the price there.

Someone please make a sticky on buying bitcoins and save this section from the flood of these questions!

Just look around for the lowest price, if you are buying. And look for highest price if you are selling.

If you buy it from a person like on localbitcioons be preapared to pay 30 or 40% fee sometimes over the exchange rate.

The price of bitcoin will vary by even up to 10-15% because each exchange has different rates and averages. The largest differences will be the ones through foreign markets (especially in SE Asia). And then the people who have BTC decide to hoard it and sell it for even up to 40% on top of what these exchanges offer. It's just how the business works :)
