Shopify and 2Checkout, what do you think?

He has a personal account, but I think it's easy to transfer it to a Business account.
But if I go with paypal payment only, what about credit cards? I'll have to use Stripe in his name aswell I guess, but the germany sucks about taxes..

paypal express checkout allows you to accept credit cards aswell so you won't be needing stripe

you can use your friend's account once you've upgraded to a business account to accept credit cards

You see, most buyers will have PayPal and maybe a credit card. Stripe is nice and all, but you can't accept PayPal with it and you need to be able to accept PayPal payments, otherwise you'll leave the vast majority of the possible revenue on the table. So what you want to do is accept PayPal and credit card payments. You can do this either by: 1. using PayPal directly or 2. accepting PayPal payments via 2Co. You don't necessarily need to use a Business PayPal account, you can use a Premier one, which can be upgraded from Personal easily and can be used to accept credit card payments opposed to Personal accounts. It depends on the volume, a Business account might be an overkill.

no they won't, I'm using paypal for my own shopify store and I've also paid for services through paypal's credit card processing without logging into my account

Edit; just checked the links u sent me, u're right, no need to open a business accuont, the premier one has all what u need I think.

they'll be re-directed back to your store, also word of advice use woocommerce, wanting to have all the features and everything for your store will need a lot to different apps and the monthly bill is gonna sky rocket

How about their payment processors? I've heard a lot about them but not sure about payment methods.

I suggest using a payment processor, which can accept PayPal and credit card payments. This can be done either by using PayPal or using 2Co. The customer can have a PayPal account in both cases and he/she will be able to pay. If the customer doesn't have PayPal, he/she need to have a credit card. If he/she has credit card, there's no need for a PayPal account, he/she will be able to pay with his/her credit card via PayPal or 2Co payment gateway.

It's up to you and the volume, if you want to use a Premier or Business PayPal account. I think there's no difference in the fees. The only difference is that it's easy to upgrade to a Premier account from a Personal one, while creating a Business account will require additional documents, e.g. proof of business registration.

Welcome to the "I'm from Maceodnia and I lose money on accepting payments fuck this" club.

Now stop being a crybaby and do a JV with someone on it or get yourself a bank account and a paypal from another country. There's ways around this. Not long term solutions, but solutions nevertheless.

I can another country but im afraid if paypal asks for proof of address or another proof. I can go to one of my neighboar countries and open one easily.

There are services here that will fix this for you.

Another solution is registering a company in another country, although a costly one.

Actualy, I have a guy on my skype that does that, good thinking. They are one time verifications I think.
