May I know what your video is about? If it's viral worthy content then it should get enough attention to be suggested. Also make sure you share your video to your targeted audience through different platforms like fb, twitter, blogs, forums so that it'll be viewed by other people and not just limited to your subscribers.

You can check your old videos and see which ones have a higher proportion of views coming from Suggested Videos or Browse Features and try to replicate that success.
