Printing Google Reviews (Working Smart, Not Hard)

Outsource it. Quick and easy. Find someone who can manage a couple of people for a day or two. Give them written instructions and a video showing what you need. If it's profitable you can scale it much easier than doing it yourself.

I got the first idea in my mind that you given above.
We can take screenshots and prints. I think it is the efficient way of doing this.
I don't think any tool is available for this task.

Can you tell me why do you need to do this?
Knowing the reason, I might suggest you smarter ways to do it.

I am wondering if anyone has a more convenient or faster way to copy and print Google Reviews.

Currently, my partner and I are manually screenshotting reviews, weaving the image back together, and printing the page. It´s pretty time consuming doing it this way, especially for businesses with 10+ pages of Google Reviews.

Does anyone have a better way of doing this?

I appreciate your response.
Right-click in the review pane and click "print" and it brings a print screen with the review and such.

What's the purpose of screenshotting it and printing them? I'm just trying to gain an understanding for your business.

The goal is to visually show the prospect how bad their reviews are. If you can convince them they have a problem, you can sell them a solution.

Makes sense, so unless you can develop a "crawler" like Google spiders that crawls those pages which I'm pretty are violates Google's TOS, there isn't any easy way to capture that. Just out of curiosity how much do you charge for a month to month basis to do ORM? Most companies seem to charge an average of $250 USD/mo

As for the OP's post, there are both bots (automated methods) as well more manual ways. You could scrape reviews based on a number even with advanced operators (example).

I don't know any reputable companies that charge $250 per month. Companies that charge that little probably buy Fiverr gigs and hope for the best.

I could mention a few companies like Grade US, Podium, Birdeye, Review Trackers, etc..

you can use firefox addon to make a screenshot of the entire page (not only the part you see) and then print it. there are also addon that allow to remove some stuff before printing.

U can also search for 'url screenshot' => there are some online tools where u just have to put the URL and it will take a screenshot

You can print it directly, just right click on the review section.

Why not print directly or send them soft copy screen shot with a persuasive email.
