last time i will say this.
if i felt something i said was miss-understood which caused my account to get banned
would i make another account? maybe, but if i did, the only thing i would do is pm
the people at top and say this is what happened can u take a look at this , then ide
wait. or maybe ide get a friend on skype to pass a message from me to DD or APRICOT
then still wait for a reply.
i would not make a 2nd/3rd account to be rude and abuse people because then if im in
the right i loose all credibility by not waiting , being angry and abuse wont earn u quick
resolution .

I have to agree with OP expecially on BTB.
I had two interactions with Mods Zwiellicht and BTB.Zwiellicht is really a great Mod always handling stuff via forum rules and only the forum rules.
BTB however works like a GOD on BHW .He doesnt care about forum rules at all and acts like the almighty who knows everything and were only his own VERY LIMITED/PRIMITIV opinion counts.I had an argumentation with him about forum rules and law where i proofed that he was wrong and that the forum rules are a contract between the owner of BHW and the user.
He really got pissed and it just needed a single member claiming that i sound like a previous banned member and that was enough for him to ban me.
He of course didnt wrote previous banned member but that i broke forum rules.
I emailed support asking why i got banned and if its because somebody said that i sound like a previous banned member to please proof that i'm that member.
Of course no reaction from support.
BTB also threatened me before to not publish his threats he sent to me via PM.So you can imagine why the ban came so quickly to me once i went public against BTB threats based on comment that i sound like a previous banned member.
After two weeks I opened a court case in the UK against Damien since i tried contacting him and fix it however Damien is not responding at all.So i will go the offical way to teach both of them a lesson that they are not beyond law.
I went to a chamber in my country who wrote a letter to the commercial court in the UK asking to open a case and to send us the date where it will be offical opened.
BTB is now supermod as i saw which he clearly doesnt deserve but this is a good argument that Damien stands 100% after BTB's action even they are unethical and more important breaking notoriously their own forum rules.
You can ban the account since for reading the board i don't need one.Damien will surely respond to my issue once he gets the letter from the court demanding recompensation for BTB's action against me which Damien approves by not acting,responding and even promoting BTB.
Have a nice day all and keep collecting plus points from BTB by bashing that thread

Users just aren't allowed to create multiple accounts. We can play the "why" game all day, but as I've already said, I don't make the rules here.
If you're trying to provoke me to prove a point, it's not going to work.
It's not my "ego" keeping me from unbanning your account as you're insinuating. I just can't "correct BassTrackerBoats' stupid mistake" because I can't overrule another moderator's decision. What I can do, however, is talk with you about it and try to come up with a solution. You've been a member here since 2008 and, as you've already said, you were trouble-free up until today. For all I know, you had a rough day before your initial infraction and the infraction just exacerbated it.
Now please stop with the snide remarks. Not once have I replied that way to you and I'd like to resolve this sometime in the next 27 minutes before it's 1 AM.

I am the only one who thinks OP is FAIR Enough!
I read all 5 pages of this post and I see NOTHING wrong in the way he talks to any of your guys. I am not a fan of swear words though but the reason he is behaving the way he is -
1) He think it was injustice to ban his acc and yea its very much possible that a mod just bans someone out as per their mood. After all everyone is a human. I have nothing against mods infact couple of them are my friends, just stating it out because I understand some jerks already quoting that part while turning blind to the main situation here.
2) @BassTrackerBoats Will talk to him and they will settle it out,I am 100% sure. So there was no need of unwanted reasoning or opinions or I should rather say that's the sole reason why none of you are mods out here. Especially the newbie trolls.
3) Everyone whose commenting in here is just like " You don't deserve to be here!, I see why you got banned and blah blah" Now imagine if he actually gets back. Think of all the unjust stupid critics that you made on a situation that you are not directly related or dwelling on your half knowledge about?!
4) OP is already frustrated that his 8 years account got banned. To be honest a newbie won't understand what it means to be Jr.Vip, A Jr.Vip doesn't understand what it means to be Mod, A mod doesn't understand what it means to be an Admin. All you know is what other describe it out and "Assumptions" because its responsibility. So instead of commenting just for the sake of commenting, understand what's happening. Everyone is just provoking him and then quoting the same stuff so that you can prove them wrong?! I think its bad of YOU ALL. Whoever did that................
(I already assume to see some senseless quotes being referred to me, I won't reply on here but do remember that - there is a reason why you aren't a Mod or Admin. You need standards and calm way of thinking to solve things instead of fueling it to its highest level)
