I'd recommend focus on guest post and sponsored post from high DA website with high quality content! Try not to spam link from blog comment.

Might be repeating others but prioritize the QUALITY of the links rather than the quantity.
You can't make a site and add 1000 links to it anymore for backlinks.

I can suggest Guest posting - it's one of the good methods to build the quality links for your website. Try it yourself with the other methods as well but always focusing on the quality backlinks only.
