Dropshipping Arbitrage - Who Does It?

Op, your friend is not making any money from the setup you described. Buy at 74 sell at 100 on 100k revenue is 26k gross profit. Take 15% for ebay, paypal fees and 5 employees at 2k each and most likely your friend is losing money.

You're overthinking this... OP was simply saying his friend makes $100k/mo by reselling things - for example, buying something from Walmart for $74 and selling for $100. All you did was take the numbers OP gave you and did random math with them

Lol thats nothing new, i see a lot of ppl buying amazon gift cards for 60% of the real price
then they order a product > refund > double sell > 2x profit
only bad thing is that you need different adress for each order

Do you know where he is finding those cards?

Exactly... He isn't JUST doing Walmart, he is doing much more than that.

Hey man, do you have a idea how your friend handle all the orders and payments ? if you receive 10000 payments from customers with different products/adresses/price ect it must be hard to handle without employees or is there any solution ??

Yeah that's what I was wondering too... he manages to keep track of all those shipments/payments with just 5 employees? I'm guessing he automates a lot of the process, right?

Why not apprentice under him? If he has a working system, why wouldn't he want free labor from you to learn the business? I know people are worried about competition, but just stay out of his niche and carve your own out.

I do online arbitrage. Works like a charm dropshipping on eBay
