At the moment I don't have the funds to buy an automation bot and while I have used one before I never got to grow past 2k. I've seen tons of people here talking about gaining 1k+ followers a day doing manual f/uf (although im sure theyre probably doing more than that). While I know thats a bit unreasonable for my fledgling page I'd still like to optimize my growth. What is it that you guys do that makes your manual growth method unique? do you follow from hashtags and likes, only big accounts in niche, or do you follow other influencers followers?

I normally find influencers based on hahstags/tags that have bigger accounts in the niche and then I follow some of their followers.

Just watch the big accoujts related to your niche then follow their followers... After some days unfollow yhem in bulk...

You don't need to invest a single penny to have automation. Obviously if you spend money on it, you'll have better tools. But if you want to have "free bots", use iMacros. Alternatively, you can use some of the "free bots" that other blackhatter fellas have developed (which are actually looking for beta testers).

You can also follow not only the followers of the larger influencer accounts, but also the ones that like and/or share their content.
I've noticed that when getting followers back from people that commented, shared or in any way interacted with the larger influencers accounts posts, they are more likely to engage with my content as well.
