Does anyone know how to create/custom a wifi landing page?

I'm trying to provide free wifi for my relatives restaurant. My hope is to integrate a captive portal to the WIFI so that when ppl try to connect to it, they are led to a customized landing page first where I can display my ads and other contents. Would like to include a subscription\optin form as well. Any help would be appreciated.
