Scrapebox - Can't get Transaction ID to do license transfer?

Hi, hopefully someone on here can help me out.

I bought Scrapebox about 2-3 years ago, and not knowing I would need my Transaction ID before purchasing (this was not explained until I had already paid.) , I used my debit card through Scrapebox's own sales page, it did not require me to sign in or even have a Paypal account.

I kept the transaction ID in a text file after learning I would need to save it for license transfers on a previous harddrive which is no longer accessible.

Had I known I would not be able to recover the transaction ID unless I had paid from a signed in pay pal account, I wouldn't have done the convenient debit card payment through their sales page. There was no warning that using that method of payment, I would not have access to the Transaction ID in the future.

I know the email and debit card I used, actually it could be a few emails since I purchased quite awhile ago, am I screwed? If so, can we do a better job communicating to new purchases that if they pay without signing into paypal, they will not have access to their transaction ID in the future?

chill out , just contact SB support and explain that for them , btw there are online now .

next time save transaction ID in your google drive/dropbox ...etc

Yeah I sent an email, have been waiting about 12iish hours but read they don't really reply to them so thought I'd post here since this is where I learned about it and maybe someone here has been in a similar situation. And yeah, I use dropbox now. From what I've seen this is a widespread problem, sweetfunny had alot of people posting on their BHW profile with the exact same problem.

other solution if they don't reply , visit your bank since you know the debit card and make them show the transaction log for that time you bought , you will catch the SB transaction by the price ($57 that time) and the seller name (Scraped Media) .

Thanks for trying to help me out man, I appreciate it. I checked my bank statements, but they only keep records for the past 500 days, and I bought it about 2 years ago :\ Just bummed because I feel I might be out that 57 bucks, I'm not rich haha. Now that I use dropbox this would never be a problem like you mentioned, but hindsight is 20/20. I'm mostly curious if anyone else in this situation had a successful resolution.

There was one guy a couple months who complained about a similar situation, but he failed.

He didn't had neither the paypal adress, transcation ID and email if I'm not mistaken.

He failed. In your case, if you still have the email, you may resolve something.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, still have the email, but it i'm split between 2 addresses that could have been it. I have access to both of them still, so i'd imagine that would be in their database. I really loved their software when I was able to use it!

If it makes you feel better, SB support has always responded to my emails, even when they were simple feature requests. Those types of emails they could totally make note of and never respond to, but they've always made the effort to respond. Just be patient and I imagine they'll get back to you.

If it makes you feel better, SB support has always responded to my emails, even when they were simple feature requests. Those types of emails they could totally make note of and never respond to, but they've always made the effort to respond. Just be patient and I imagine they'll get back to you.

Good to know, I guess the people that I saw complaining about lack of response were more of an isolated incident, so yeah I'll just have to keep waiting. Posting here might help my odds a bit, but again was mostly interested in others experiences.
