Question about Reddit upvote panels

Hey guys , I'm a reddit expert with over 7 years of using reddit for marketing and making money
I'm just wondering how some people are creating cloud hosted reddit upvote panels
how are they creating this type of websites , what do i need ? a wordpress plugin or what ?
can anybody help me for free and I'll give him free access to the panel and to one of my aged and over 7000+ post karma reddit account (worth more than 50$) ?

I can say workflow rest you can build yourself.

I have seen one panel where the guy were having 438 reddit accounts (Unique number but I don't know why ).
All accounts were email verified and created from different mail address.

Panel got 3 text box and two browse button.

1 Text box : reddit url
2 Text box : Time interval (After how many seconds, you want upvotes)
3 Text box : No of upvotes

1 browse tab : to load notepad, word etc files where id and password was written in format like this.
[email protected]:bhwrocks (where bhwrocks is password)
2 browse tab : to load proxies

Then in the end, two command buttons One for start and other for stop.

Now, I guess you got a scenario how it works

I can help you here as I run one for the BHW community

Step 1: acquire 1,000+ aged, commented on and valid for voting reddit accounts
2: HQ proxies
3: A private program needs to be developed that can upvote

4: Tie that in with php & mysql.

5: Profit?? Or cry because Reddit has upped their security alot leading to more bans for vote accounts

Can you just tell me what type of hosting do i need ?
what type of coding ?
