They are going to be used for goldfarming in an MMORPG. The game has a proxy detection that crashes the game after login screen, so you must use a special setup method which I will give you. I currently am overpaying for about $2 per IP because I buy cheap linux VPS and set them up myself in those. The cheapest provider I have is at $1/IP. I'd like to bring that cost down as much as possible. I will be expanding every now and then; my business has been very stable for 2 years so I'll be a loyal, long term customer.

All the socks5 guys in the marketplace use a common proxy setup method which the game detects, so my method must be used.
