Many people have seen positive results if you scroll through the pages of this thread. As explained pretty clearly, purchasing just the social signals isn't going to do much in terms of rankings as they're mainly to be used for diversification. The social signals/profiles/PBN combo works quite well but the time it takes for results can be several months since tweets index naturally very slowly and there's no way to force it quicker.
