Your biz address is your home address. Your VAT number is your Personal number (at least in my country). When you work for your self legally and have your small biz but don't have registered company, you usually use your Personal number. That's the number in your passport, ID card etc.. But again, that's how it works in my country. Just call local tax office and ask them what should you use for VAT number.

for romania they accept only 2checkout , Authorize.Net , Checkout.com and PAYMILL.....

This is a big fuck up man. Authorize.net wont even let you in, because when you go to register for they services it says only US. Also they hold 25% of funds when you do dropshipping. Also they have a fucking setup fee and also monthly membership fee. Lol what a lame company..

Checkout.com would be great because with them you can get clients payments directly to you local bank account which is awesome, but they told me you need show proof of working with other payment processors at least 3 months and a minimum of $5k processed per month. So don't even bother until you will have those numbers.

PAYMILL told me they can't help me due to my business model. Probably due to dropshipping as well. Didn't bothered to ask. I am on Paypal now. In case after two motnhs they will decide to permanently limit my accnount, I basically have 3 options - 2checkout which is not easy to get, or I will need to go to live in UK for a month or two. Find some basic job, get insurance and then open a bank account. This way I will be able to get STRIPE. Or I will move to WP + Wocommerce. My hosting company charge $3 for dedicated IP and SLL sertificate for a domain, so much cheaper than Shopify as well. We have a decent local company which allows me to accept payments from around the world on any WP store. So in worst case scenario look for alternative in your country.

I hope that helps.

Thanks man...

Did u tried https://paylike.ro ? I'm sorta in the same situation...from romania - searching for a payment processor for a woo store. It can be tricky but that's always a way, and yes sucks that we can't get stripe, and most of the others require u to show your serious about your business before they let you in.
