Hello, i would like to ask about this channel. https://www.youtube.com/MathChief11
His niche is Gaming (Gameplays and trailers only).I know he got 187k subs but damn he is getting a lot of views just for trailers which is pretty much easiest thing to do on youtube. No need to edit etc. There are a lot of other channels like this but omg ,,, 2 days ago he uploaded far cry 5 teaser and he got 626k views! How is he doing it? Is it just because all these subs?

he is uploading regularly since 4 years so youtube gives him lots of attention now, also he did not start out with doing trailers so when he grew companies eventually contacted him to show their games and after some time he switched the theme of his channels to just gameplay and trailers

Yes, that's right. I would also say that the videos quality help him a lot to get more views.

His channel has got authority now and due to lot of subscribers he gets initial boost to the video after that his video might get on top of searches.
Also since the game is booming he gets more additional views easily.

While his other videos get normal views.

What i want to know is how he gets to upload gaming trailers without copyright problems..guess he gets aproval from gaming companies...
