Drop Engagement Once Again After Update

After getting out of the "shadow ban," my engagement shot up to where it needed to be. This week, however, I noticed an extreme drop in engagement, worse than when I was "shadow banned." I checked to see if I was banned again through friend's accounts and VPN, and I wasn't. What's currently happening now is my followers are not seeing my posts, unless they scroll to the bottom.

I want to see if anyone else is experiencing any issues with a drop engagement. Instagram really needs to get over this post algorithm. It ruins small accounts trying to build up every time there is an update. I might have to force unfollow followers soon if the engagement doesn't pick up, and rebuild

I have the same question actually. Dropped engagement. I've heard disabling the account for a while has helped other people but I'm weary to try because I'm working with a personal business account that I can't risk loosing.

Well, for me I got Lucky. I made my account business, connected to a Facebook page and set it up, turned on two verification, and reported coherently the issue and why I believed there must be some mistake. Week later of low volume posting and cutting down my hash tags, my posts started to show up

Now, however, we have another problem in my post aren't being deemed worthy enough to show up at the top of the feed

I don't think that's true. A couple of times my engagement and follows dropped to nearly zero with no change on my part. I made changes and couldn't get better results.

Then I took a break for a couples weeks and returned to my original settings. Both my level of engagement and number of followers came back up although not to the degree they had been at. The best explanation I have heard was a shadow ban. Do you have an alternative or better explanation or any reasoning for why it could be a myth?
